Getting started

What is Pak Courier?

Pak Courier is a merchant workspace for organizing COD shipments, reviewing the shipment and cash-on-delivery information recorded on those orders, and requesting payouts after clearing. It is not a public storefront, catalog, or cart.

Who can use Pak Courier?

Pak Courier is designed for online merchants and businesses that need to organize shipment and COD operations. Creating an account does not activate booking. Booking and payouts stay locked until a Super Admin approves the account.

How do I register?

Create an account on the registration page with your full name, business name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and password. There is one login per business. After that, complete the merchant profile and the verification steps shown in your account.

Why is account verification required?

Verification lets the platform review the business, identity, and bank information required before booking and payouts are unlocked.

What happens after I submit my information?

A Super Admin reviews the submission. If it is rejected, the reason is shown so you can correct it and resubmit. There is no fixed approval time. Booking and payouts remain locked until approval.

How can I contact support?

Use the contact page. If that page says messages are not being accepted, a support inbox has not been configured, and the form will not send or store your message.

Shipping and couriers

How do I book a shipment?

After the account is approved, add a customer and a sender address, create a COD order, and book it with a courier enabled for your account. The booking review shows that courier’s charge before you confirm.

Which couriers can I use?

Available courier services depend on what is enabled for your account and which driver that courier uses. Leopards has an adapter that can book and track when that courier is configured with a live driver. Trax, TCS, PostEx, M&P, and BlueEX are listed but do not currently have a live adapter. A courier set to the mock driver creates a generated consignment number and tracking record instead of calling a live courier API.

How do I review a shipment’s status?

Open the shipment in your merchant account. The order keeps the status updates recorded for that booking, including updates received when an enabled courier integration sends them.

What happens if a courier is unavailable?

You can book only the courier services enabled for your account. A courier without a usable driver cannot complete a live booking. If a service is not listed, it is not available on your account.

Where can I find a shipment’s tracking information?

The shipment page shows the consignment and tracking details stored for that booking. Mock-driver bookings use a tracking record generated by the platform. A live courier booking shows the details that courier integration returned.

COD, wallet, and payouts

How do I track COD and payouts?

Use the shipment, wallet, and payout pages in your merchant account. Each shipment stores its COD amount, courier charge, platform fee, and net amount. The wallet shows balances, clearing amounts, and ledger entries. Payout requests are settled by an administrator after the clearing period stored on a delivered shipment. There is no automatic bank transfer.

Where can I review COD information?

Each shipment stores the COD amount. The merchant dashboard summarizes COD collected on delivered orders, and the wallet shows collected COD together with courier charges and platform fees.

How can I see recorded courier charges?

The booking review shows the courier charge for the selected service before you confirm. After booking, the shipment page stores that charge, the platform fee, and the net amount. Platform fees come from the active fee rules configured for the platform. There is no public price list.

Where can I review my wallet?

The wallet page shows the available balance, amounts in transit or clearing, payout-locked amounts, settled amounts, and the ledger entries on that wallet.

How can I check payout status?

Open Payouts in your merchant account. A request can be made from the available balance after verification is approved and the relevant clearing period has passed. Each request shows its status and, once an administrator settles it, a transaction reference.

Where can I view ledger entries?

Ledger entries for your wallet are listed on the wallet page. Recent entries also appear on the merchant dashboard. The full platform ledger is an admin screen, not a public report.

Account and security

How can I sign in?

Use the sign-in page with the email and password for your account. Merchant and Super Admin users sign in through the same page and are sent to their own dashboard.

How can I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and submit the account email. When mail delivery is configured and the account exists, the platform emails a reset link. The new password is set on the reset form and is not placed in the page address by the form itself.

How is my account information handled?

The platform stores the account, verification, shipment, wallet, and payout records needed to operate the account. Passwords are stored with Laravel’s password hashing. The privacy policy describes the categories of information the application handles. There is no self-service deletion tool.

How can I contact Pak Courier about an account issue?

Use the contact page and choose Registration and account access, or Verification. The message is sent only when a support inbox is configured. Until then, the form stays closed and nothing is stored.
