Draft for review

Terms of Service

These terms describe how the Pak Courier merchant workspace is intended to be used. They are a product draft for business and legal review before production use. A lawyer has not reviewed this page. It does not name a registered company, office, registration number, or legal jurisdiction.

Review this draft before relying on it in production. It does not promise that any liability is fully excluded, and it does not claim legal compliance.

Introduction

Pak Courier provides a signed-in workspace for merchants to register a business, submit verification, book shipments with the courier services enabled for that account, and review recorded COD, wallet, and payout information. It is not a public storefront.

Eligibility and account registration

Registration asks for the owner’s name, business name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and password. One login is created for the business. You are responsible for keeping that login under the control of the business and for providing accurate details.

Account verification

Booking and payouts stay locked until a Super Admin approves verification. The verification flow can require photos, CNIC and NTN documents, business identity, bank details, a signature, and acceptance of the terms text shown in the account. A rejection includes a reason so the filing can be corrected and resubmitted. Approval is not promised within a fixed time.

Acceptable use

Use the account for the business’s own shipment and payout records. Do not attempt to access another merchant’s account, the admin area without authorization, or non-public waiting-list records. Do not submit false verification documents or interfere with the service.

Shipment and courier limitations

A booking can use only a courier enabled for the account. Leopards can be connected through its adapter when that courier is configured with a live driver. Trax, TCS, PostEx, M&P, and BlueEX do not currently have a live adapter. A mock driver creates a generated consignment and tracking record and does not call that courier’s live API. Pak Courier does not guarantee collection, delivery, or a particular transit time.

COD, charges, and payouts

The booking review shows the courier charge for the selected service before confirmation. Platform fees come from the active fee rules and are recorded on the shipment with the courier charge and net amount. There is no public subscription price. On delivery, the net amount follows the clearing period stored for that shipment. A payout is requested from the available balance and settled by an administrator, who records a transaction reference. The application does not send payouts through a bank API and does not guarantee a payout date.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of customer, address, COD, and verification information, for reviewing the charge shown before booking, and for checking shipment, wallet, and payout records inside the account.

Data and account security

Passwords are stored with the application’s password hashing. Keep the password confidential. The privacy policy describes the categories of information the application handles. This draft does not promise a particular certification or an absolute security outcome.

Service availability and changes

Features can be limited by account approval, courier configuration, and mail configuration. The operator may change workflows, fee rules, and courier availability. Pages that describe the product should be read together with what the signed-in account actually shows.

Suspension or termination

Access depends on the account remaining active and approved for the relevant action. An administrator can reject verification or decline a payout request. This draft does not set a notice period for closing an account.

Liability

The workspace records shipments, charges, and payout status. It does not itself carry parcels or pay a bank. To the extent a limitation is later agreed in a reviewed contract, it still cannot exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Do not treat this paragraph as a finished limitation of liability clause.

Contact

Use the contact page when it is accepting messages. This draft does not publish an email address, phone number, or postal address, because no public contact point is configured here.

Effective date and updates

This draft is dated 29 October 2026. It takes effect for production only after the operator reviews it and publishes a replacement. The verification form may also show a shorter terms statement and a version number stored on the account when you accept it. If the two texts differ, the statement accepted inside the account is the one recorded for that submission, and this public page should be updated to match.
