Courier rates and applicable charges depend on the services available to your account. Review the displayed rate and charges in the shipment booking workflow before confirming a booking.
The booking review shows the courier charge for the selected service. Platform charges are calculated from the active fee rules and recorded on the shipment with the courier charge and net amount. Pak Courier does not publish monthly subscriptions, free-plan limits, discounts, or a public courier tariff.
On a delivered shipment, the net amount is the COD amount minus the stored courier charge and platform fee, and it cannot go below zero. That net amount then follows the clearing period saved for the shipment. The platform defaults are 48 hours or 7 days. A payout from the available balance is requested in the account and settled by an administrator.

Where can I see courier rates?
There is no public rate card. After your account is approved, the shipment booking review shows the courier charge for the service you select before you confirm the booking.
Do different couriers have different rates?
Yes. Each courier has its own merchant-facing rate, set for that courier. The charge you see is the rate on the courier you select, and it is stored on the shipment so later rate edits do not rewrite that booking.
How can I review the charges for a shipment?
Confirm the courier charge on the booking review. After booking, the shipment page shows the stored courier charge, platform fee, and net amount. Platform fees come from the active fee rules, which can be a percentage or a flat amount. Those rules are not published as a public price.
Where can I review recorded shipment and payout information?
Use the shipment page, the wallet, and the payouts page in your merchant account. On delivery, net COD enters the clearing period saved for that shipment. You can request a payout from the available balance after approval. An administrator records settlement. The application does not calculate a separate tax line.
