Your shipping operations, more organized.

Explore the tools designed to help merchants manage shipment information and understand their COD operations.

Shipment management

Available

Create customers, sender addresses, and COD shipments from the merchant account, then open a booking with a courier enabled for that account.

Shipment tracking

Available for recorded updates

Each shipment keeps its status and the consignment details stored at booking. Live tracking is only as current as the courier integration that is actually enabled. A mock driver stores a generated tracking record.

COD visibility

Available

The COD amount is stored on the shipment. Delivered orders contribute to the COD collected figure on the dashboard and wallet. This is the recorded position, not a forecast.

Courier integrations

Limited

Leopards has an adapter for booking, tracking, cities, and webhooks when that courier is set to a live driver. Trax, TCS, PostEx, M&P, and BlueEX are present in the platform without a live adapter. Not every merchant has the same couriers enabled.

Merchant wallet

Available

The wallet shows available, in-transit, current, payout-locked, and settled balances, plus delivered COD, courier charges, and platform fees.

Payout management

Admin-settled

An approved merchant can request a payout from the available balance. An administrator marks it settled and records a transaction reference. Payouts are not sent through a bank API.

Ledger and transaction history

Available

Wallet ledger entries list credits and debits with a note. Recent entries also appear on the merchant dashboard. The platform-wide ledger is an admin screen.

Business summaries

Limited

The dashboard summarizes orders, delivery outcomes, and COD collected. A separate analytics product, with trend charts as a live report, is not available yet.

Account verification and access

Available

Booking and payouts stay locked until a Super Admin approves verification. Merchants and administrators use separate areas of the application, and each area checks the signed-in role.

The account is a shipping workspace. It does not include a public storefront, and it does not promise live courier coverage, automated bank payouts, or a separate analytics suite.
