From registration to shipping, made clearer.

Follow a straightforward onboarding process to access the shipping workflows available to your merchant account.

Step 01

Register

Create one login for the business. The registration form asks for the owner’s full name, business name, email, calling or mobile number, WhatsApp number, and a password of at least 8 characters. After the account is created, you continue to the merchant profile.

Step 02

Complete verification

Verification is collected in the account. It covers live photos of you and the shop, CNIC front and back, an NTN document, business identity details, bank name, account holder, account number, and IBAN, plus a signature and acceptance of the platform terms shown in the form.

Step 03

Account review

A Super Admin reviews the submission. Approval is not promised within a set number of hours or days. If the filing is rejected, the reason is shown so you can correct it and resubmit. Booking and payouts stay locked until approval.

Step 04

Book shipments

After approval, add customers and a sender address, then create a COD order and book a courier that is enabled for the account. The review step shows that courier’s charge before you confirm. Leopards can use a live adapter when it is configured that way. Trax, TCS, PostEx, M&P, and BlueEX do not currently have a live adapter. A courier on the mock driver receives a generated consignment number and tracking record instead of a live API booking.

Step 05

Review shipment and COD information

Each shipment stores its COD amount, courier charge, platform fee, and net amount, along with the status updates recorded for it. On delivery, the net amount enters the clearing period stored for that shipment. The platform defaults are 48 hours or 7 days, and the duration used is the one saved when the shipment is delivered. After that period, the available balance can be requested as a payout. An administrator records settlement with a transaction reference. There is no bank payout API. Wallet balances and ledger entries are on the wallet page.

What happens after activation?

The merchant dashboard shows order counts, open and delivered shipments, returned or failed orders, COD collected, and wallet balances including amounts still in clearing.

You can manage customers, sender addresses, shipments, a printable label, the wallet ledger, and payout requests. You cannot open a public shop, catalog, or cart from this account.
